The Ansonia 2109 Broadway, New York The Ansonia underwent a multimillion dollar historic renovation and restoration. This included the original carriage entrance, numerous apartment renovations, correction of violations, new storefronts and condominium subdivision plans. A new mechanical ventilation system, hot and cold water piping and structural repairs were needed to complete this project over many years. |

The Devinne Press Building 393-399 Lafayette Street, New York The building went through multiple projects over the past decade. These included restoring and cleaning the facade, new cast-iron storefronts, lobby renovation, development of commercial space and new elevators. |
